Shipping Information

Nothing is worse than waiting for your order to ship! That’s why Roost Marine works hard to get your orders out the door ASAP. Orders for in-stock performance parts which are placed by 9AM MST, usually ship the same day. In general, in-stock items typically ship in less than 24 hrs. Clothing orders take a few extra days to ship (approximately 2-5). We are working to speed up shipping on clothing items. We only ship via ground for t-shirts and hoodies. Other shipping options are available for props, levers, stickers, and hats.

Backorder Policy

Some of our products may be available for backorder. These products will be denoted in the product title, description, and/or have a “Backorder” button instead of the “Add to Cart” button . If you wish to backorder a product, we recommend placing that order separate from any other items you wish to purchase so the in-stock items will ship immediately and NOT be help up by the backordered item. When you complete your order for a backorder item, your payment method will be charged at the time of placing the order, like a normal purchase. Your backordered item/s will ship in the order received, as soon as that product becomes available again. You may cancel your backorder for a full refund at anytime before your order ships. Once the order has shipped, our Return Policy (see below) applies to returning the product for a refund.

We stand behind our products

Warranty

Roost Marine LLC stands behind the quality of our products. The Roost propeller and 2.5 Finger Throttle Lever are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to the original owner. This does NOT include normal wear and tear, or premature wear, damage, surface corrosion, and/or mechanical failure due to abuse, neglect, or an intentional act of destruction. If you discover a defect with your product, please contact us to arrange a warranty return. Upon receipt of the unit in question we will examine it to determine the cause of the failure. If it is clearly a defect in material and/or workmanship, we will at our discretion repair the original unit or replace it with a new unit free of charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Roost Marine will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Items which are in new and unused condition may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date. (Shipping charges are NOT eligible for a refund since it is a service that cannot be returned) **Please be aware that we cannot accept a return on any propeller or throttle lever which shows signs of use.* * This includes, but is not limited to things like dings, dents, scratches, polishing, and abrasion. If you intend to test run your new propeller before deciding to keep it, we recommend performing the test in deep fresh water to minimize the chance of damage due to foreign objects and corrosion.
