Built around an upgraded 2.5 lever and integrated into a seamless base and clamp. The RM2.5 fits 3/4”, 7/8”, and 1” tiller handles and is stroke-optimized for the Vanguard 40 EFI engine, which eliminates unnecessary slop or pre-travel in the throttle. Just like the original 2.5 Throttle Levers, you get control of the throttle AND steering at the same time, by keeping two fingers on the throttle and two fingers on the tiller handle. Gone are the days of making split second decisions to steer or control throttle. Do BOTH at the same time and keep your boat right on course and in full control. Precision machining ensures smooth and free-moving throttle operation. **Requires a throttle cable with a cylindrical barrel end.**
